For Software & Digital Products
All software licenses, product keys, and digital downloads (such as Microsoft Office 365, Filmora, PDF Editor, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for checking system requirements and compatibility before purchase.
In rare cases of non-working or invalid license keys, we will verify the issue with the vendor and provide a valid replacement.
